Responding to Economic Abuse training

Our co-produced training develops understanding of economic abuse and coercive control, promotes early intervention and encourages staff to routinely ask and provide robust support to recovery for victim-survivors.

The purpose of this training is not to become experts on supporting people to escape domestic abuse but to develop a greater understanding and to become equipped with the correct resources to respond effectively.

How is the training delivered?

Training is held in-person over three half-day sessions. Each session has a different knowledge focus:

  1. Coercive control: developing a shared understanding
  2. Economic Abuse: the specifics and reality
  3. Practice implications: developing skills and confidence

Training packages can be tailored to fit the needs of your organisation. We deliver the sessions on-site at your location. Contact us for pricing and more information.
